With that, MHED routinely purchases facilities in their entirety. This in turn benefits MHED by keeping a healthy amount of stock on hand all times to service any customer big or small.
The method is simple and effective. The MHED team dismantles moves and stores the assets in an MHED facility until they are ready to sell. By maintaining such a tight control of the purchased assets, MHED is able to sell the asset in the best condition possible.
